Description
A look at many of the mushroom shape rock in the Goblin Valley.
Goblin Valley State Park is a state park of Utah, USA.
Its eminent feature is its thousands of hoodoos and hoodoo rocks, which are formations of mushroom-shaped rock pinnacles, some as high as several meters. The distinct shape of these rocks comes from an erosion-resistant layer of rock atop softer sandstone.

Wonderful color treatment. This place is like a zillion playgrounds for the tots. Hide and seek is great here, but be careful. If you are wearing a big floppy hat at sunset, you get turned to stone. See all those guys out there? I've been there, and love it, but none of my photos can compare to this one yet. I'll keep trying, though. It's nice you got some clouds back there, it's just a little detail, but it adds a lot to this already pleasingly dense image.
