Artist's Description
The symbol of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Jackson Hole, originally called Jackson's Hole, is a valley located in the U.S. state of Wyoming, near the western border with Idaho. These low-lying valleys are surrounded by mountains and contain rivers and streams, which were good habitat for beaver and other fur-bearing animals.
About Robert Bales
I am a retired teacher, coach, and athletic director. While my wife, Judy, and I were teaching she had a photo studio, and I had a dark room where I did black and white and color. I passed through Jackson two times in August and couldn't get a free shot of this gateway. Two many people. Great capture of this unusual gateway.
Robert Bales replied:
Thanks Aidan for the nice comment. I had to clone a few people out,
